To make matters worse, to show just HOW POWERLESS WE CONSUMERS ARE, elevating these kinds of complaints to the NATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (read: to the NTC COMMISSIONERS themselves) will only fall on deaf ears! I myself have been a victim of this crappy customer "service" from GLOBELINES (yes, thank you very much Globelines for providing me a very great internet service. NOT!). When the NTC received my complaint, they did reply, asking Globe to explain their side. And I waited for a long time but no reply came out. Following up with NTC did not have any effect either. Nobody was giving any feedback. Wow. Sometimes I'm glad that we have the NPA to torch these companies' cellsites just to get back at these companies. May I share your blog on my Multiply?
